At KMAA we provide a fun way to get in the best shape of your life, without ever needing to go to a gym? If you're looking to loose weight, tone up, become more confident, achieve personal goals, learn self defence on simply become more active and fitter!....We have classes that will suit your needs.
We provide classes for teenagers and adults in Taekwon-Do, Korean Sport Kickboxing and Hapkido Self defence, and also provide Ladies only ardio kickboxing and fitness classes for teens and adults.
Martial arts can provide structure in your life. Whether you want to gain some basic self-defence skills or you’re hoping they’ll learn self-discipline, or just a physical outlet. With no prior experience or specific skill set required to learn a martial art, is the first stepping stone in a journey that will change your fitness and mental health.
Typically, students advance at their own pace and can enjoy the benefits of an Individual sport within the camaraderie of a group atmosphere. You will set goals, such as earing your next colour belt, or mastering a new move. Over time, through effort and patience and consistent practice, YOU can reach and accomplish your goals.
At our centre we teach outstanding self-defence, sport martial arts and Traditional martial arts to the highest standard. You and your family will not only learn excellent techniques from around the world but also at a pace that is suitable to your personal needs and ability. For ages 13yrs upwards
Our Taekwon-Do classes have no upper age limit, as Taekwon-Do is for everyone!
Classes run over 6 days a week and we have beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes that will suit you. Designed to boost fitness levels, develop discipline, hand eye coordination, confidence, fitness levels and strength.
For ages 13yrs upwards
Korean Kickboxing is an exhilarating sport, that includes knee strikes, kicks and punches.
Our FKS kickboxing program is designed to help you develop discipline, hand eye coordination, confidence, fitness levels and strength. Our class works on drills, combinations, and sparring techniques.
For ages 13 yrs upwards
Hapkido is dynamic and is a form of self-defence that employs joint locks, grappling, throwing techniques, kicks, punches, and other striking attacks .
Our classes cover nerve and muscle pressure attacks, and for higher grades practical weapon training . Hapkido compliments those who train in Taekwondo.
