At KMAA no fitness class is the same. Our full time female members are given 5* treatment and can alternate between our Ladies cardio Kickboxing classes, Fit2Fight circuits, MA Combat HIIT, Pump your Body weights!  All will keep you on your toes and YOU will have fun while getting a sweat on. Many of our female members also train in some of our martial arts classes, which will give you the added fitness and self defence in your life!  You have access to 16 classes a week, all held in the morning, early evening and late evening.  You also have options to book discounted PT sessions with our top class instructor.

All our full time members recieve our KMAA fitness check, which will check your BMI, protiens and much more.  You will also have access to online class booking system, access to our new KMAA App, which has nutrition plans, recipes, links to your FitBit, bar code reader. You can record your weight and measurments, track your progress and have 24 support and accountability from your Instructor.

Ladies Cardio Kickboxing

Regular cardio kickboxing аѕ thе name suggests іѕ a cardiovascular workout, whісh іѕ a smart combination оf a number оf exercises whісh includes martial arts, aerobics аnd boxing.  Kickboxing іѕ said tо bе thе mоѕt popular especially fоr men. Cardio kickboxing wіll bring an exciting change thаt wіll keep уоu motivated аnd inclined.

Our Kickboxing classes aid weight loss!  Thе intense physical activity involved іn thіѕ high-energy workout technique indeed leads tо weight loss. Thоѕе оf уоu whо cannot resort tо dieting оr other milder forms оf workout ѕhоuld tаkе up cardio kickboxing, аn average session оf аbоut аn hour саn burn up tо 500-700 calories per session

It will boosts heart health, as kickboxing іѕ a gооd form оf cardio exercise. Thе activity involves intensified movement аnd excessive kicking аnd boxing thаt ensures a gооd heart rate. Its the perfect workout for men! It is the ideal way tо provide уоur entire body wіth a gооd workout each day. Cardio kickboxing іѕ not limited tо a particular body part. All thе stretching, running, punching аnd kicking wіll work оut уоur whole body аnd wіll аlѕо improve уоur flexibility аnd stamina.

Builds Strength as you develope more power, speed, аnd precision during your training. Kickboxing punches аrе useful іn building уоur upper аnd lower body muscles. Even thе hamstring muscles аrе effectively worked оut.  The abdominal muscles gаіn strength frоm thе different positions whісh аrе dоnе fоr moves. Core strength improves. Thе body gets a better balance.

Your Coordination will become better as you train, which also increase sharpness in energy and in movement of the body!

Our Ladies Kickboxing classes run on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.  We have morning and evening classes and it is a 45 minute session.


PUMP YOUR BODY

Each week our PUMP YOUR BODY class challenges all of your major muscle groups to get you lean and build your core strength.

We highly recommend you do no more than two classes a week, and make sure you have a day off in between. Add two of our cardio kickboxing classes into the mix and you’ll shape and tone your body in no time.

While you can expect to burn around 560 calories plus in a 30 minute PUMP YOUR BODY workout, it’s the building of lean muscle mass that provides the long-term benefits. By building lean muscle mass you increase your body’s ability to effectively burn calories in the long term as the extra muscle will raise your metabolism

A PUMP YOUR BODY class is a full-body barbell workout, that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Beginners are always welcome—even if you’ve never lifted a barbell before. … People of all shapes and sizes take PUMP YOUR BODY because it’s a great cardio and strength workout—and it’s never boring.

Our Pump Your Body classes runs on a Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. This is a 30 minute session.


FIT2FIGHT HIIT CIRCUIT

While similar to circuit training, HIIT’s major differentiator is the fact that during your moments of exercise, you are exerting maximum effort for a set period of time. This is critical — your exercises should be all-out, no holding back. You burst of exercise are followed by a period of rest.

Our HIIT Fit2Fight circuit is much more geared toward improving cardiovascular fitness, and studies show HIIT training’s fat burning benefits last far longer and steady-state cardio. Our class aims to decrease your overall body fat, revealing a slimmer, leaner tummy. Build your stamina and overall fitness. 

Each class is a full body workout designed around increasing output and stress relief in a safe and positive environment. A typical session will include strength training with such tools as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sand bags and much more….

The Fit2Fight class is held over 1 hour and is set up as a rotating station of excercises with various equipment.  You will train at each station for 60 seconds before moving onto the next one. Our Fit 2 Fight class has various major components that will give you a full body workout designed around increasing output while providing stress relief.  No two classes are the same! Each class will change weekly thus upping the momentum of a member and pushing them to achieve more.  It is designed to give a full body workout that gradually increases in difficulty, all whilst ensuring that it is scaled to each member’s fitness level.

Our Fit2Fight HIIT Circuit is held every Tuesday and is a 45 minute session


FATBURN EXTREME

A 20 Minute Fatburn Workout.  Maximise results in minimum time. Boosts metabolism, Improves speed, power and strength. Fatburn Extreme® is a new concept in group fitness training and weight loss exercising. K-FIT BOOTCAMP

Some of the most impressive benefits of the K-FIT Boot camp workout include burning calories, increasing strength, boosting confidence, improving aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increasing balance, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health.

K-FIT Bootcamp will combine a series of calisthenics, like pushups, lunges and squats, with running, jumps and other high-intensity aerobic movements that are modeled loosely on military methods for whipping new recruits into shape.  We also use forms of body-weight training, and will incorporate equipment we have at the academy.

Ongoing support, help and guidance online and offline from our your head coach and team.

Our K-FIT Bootcamp runs every Monday and is a 30 minute session.

 

 

 


BAG BLAST!

These Open classes are part of a specifically designed Adults Bag Blast program for students aged 14 years and above.  These 30 minute classes are dedicated to bringing out the best in each individual taking part. A Bag Blast class incoporates a striking based training session that primarily concentrates on bag work.  At KMAA, we teach a hybrid system that incorporates Kickboxing, Boxing and Martial Arts training, which we utilise here.  A class that is great for fitness and for drilling punches, kicks, knees and elbows.

There is no better way to learn than getting on the mat with KMAA’s  instructors & learning all the various techniques each exciting art form has to offer.

Our Bag Blast runs every Monday, Thursday and Saturday and is a 30 minute session.
