Welcome to the start of your journey with KMAA Ladies Kickboxing No matter what level – beginner,  intermediate or advanced our Senior Instructor and his team, are highly trained to teach and support you every step of the way.  We welcome newcomers and help them improve their skills in all areas of fitness, flexibility, striking and self defence.

If you are a complete beginner we will give you plenty of attention and coaching to get you up to speed within our kickboxing classes, and of course you can book personal 121 sessions with one of our trainers to really fast track your fitness or fighting skills!

Our Academy offers Female Only classes & Fitness classes, as well as some mixed cardio kickboxing classes. As a member you will have access to 16 classes a week, held in the mornings and evenings.  We have one of the most experienced martial arts and fitness Master Instructors at the academy, who along with his qualified team will help you achieve your goals.

As a member of KMAA our ladies will also receive access to our KMAA PT App, that allows you to book your classes. It also gives you access to a multitude of nutrition plans, recipes, tracks your weight, measurements and also have online fitness videos, to give you that extra boost whilst at home and not at the academy!  Our PT App, also links to your Fit-Bit watch and has a bar code reader to keep track of the macros you eat daily.

We want to help all our members not only getting back on track with their health and fitness, but also help those who wish to drop a dress size or two!  We will take your BMI and can help you maintain weight loss, whilst getting fitter and toned.

Our ladies Kickboxing packs more than a one-two punch for your health—it’s more like a 4-6-10 combo. Like most workouts, you’ll break a major sweat while you jab, cross, and kick—but the benefits of this form of fitness go well beyond strength and cardio. Kickboxing improves upper-body and aerobic power, anaerobic fitness, flexibility, speed, and agility. In other words, you hit every aspect of physical training on your entire body at once!

You will Melt fat, fast

Combining martial arts techniques and heart-pumping cardio, kickboxing is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat.

You will Tone your entire body

A typical class combines kickboxing and MMA drills with jump rope, circuit training and core strengthening exercises.  No two classes are the same. You will have full floor size kickboxing pads to train on, as well as many other martial arts equipment to train with.  Engaging your core will also ultimately improve co-ordination, while the constant movement in kickboxing improves flexibility and reflexes.

You will Learn to release stress

Sometimes the best way to release stress after a hard day at work is not a cold beer, but some intense physical activity. Kickboxing offers a healthy way to get out some of the day’s frustrations out of your system, which will also help you get a better night’s sleep and improve mental clarity. Kickboxing also increases the release of endorphins, which can diminish with stress.
